This tasty Chicken dish can easily be prepared at home. Ingredients:750 gms Chicken11/2 cup Curd1/2 cup chopped Coriander leaves1/2 cup chopped Pudina (Mint) leaves1 cup fried Onions15 Cashew nuts1/2 cup hot Milk1 tsp Fresh Cream2 Bay leaves2 Cinnamon sticks3 Cardamoms3 Cloves2 tbsp Oil2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste3 tsp Coriander powder2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder1/2 tsp Turmeric1 tsp Garam MasalaMethod: Soak the Cashew nuts in hot milk for 10 minutes. Grind to paste. Add cream and keep aside. In another bowl, combinePudina, Coriander leaves, fried Onions and Curd and keep aside. In a pan, heat Oil, add Bay leaves, Cinnamon sticks, Cardamoms and Cloves. Add Ginger Garlic paste and saute till brown. Add the Chicken pieces and fry on high heat till brown. Put in Coriander powder, Turmeric, Chilli powder, Garam Masala and saute for 2 minutes. Add Curd mixture and cook for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup water, salt to taste and cover and cook till Chicken is done. Finally, add Cashew cream mix and cook for a minute. Awadhi Chicken is ready. Enjoy it with Naan, Rotis, Parathas and Rice.
