Remove the seed and slice the avocado without going through the skin, length wise and then crosswise to make chunks.Place the chunks into a bowl and add salt. Mash with a fork lightly to keep it slightly chunky.Spread the avocado onto toasted bread in a generous amount. Layer on radish slices, apple chunks, tomato halves, and goat cheese.Dress the romaine lettuce with olive oil and lime juice.
