Recipe below!IngredientsBurger:2 lbs ground beef1 tsp curry powder½ tsp cardamom½ tsp cumin2 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley1 garlic clove, grated on a microplaneSalt and pepper, to tasteBrioche burger buns, split and toastedSpiced yogurt:1 Tbsp olive oil2 tsp cumin seed1 cup full fat Greek yogurt2 tsp curry powder1 garlic clove, finely gratedFresh lemon juiceSalt, to tasteSalad, to top:1 tomato, sliced1 handful fresh parsley leaves½ red onion, finely sliced1 lemon, juice and zestedOlive oil, to tasteSalt, to tasteSteps1.) Mix all the burger ingredients in a bowl and shape into 6 patties. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers on the first side until browned, about 4-5 minutes, then flip and continue cooking the other side, another 4-5 minutes. Remove from pan.2.) Make the yogurt sauce. Add olive oil to a small skillet over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and toast in the oil until golden, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add yogurt to a mixing bowl and stir in the olive oil, toasted cumin seeds, curry powder, garlic, lemon juice, and salt.3.) Prepare the salad. Add the tomato, parsley, onion, lemon juice and zest, and olive oil in a bowl and toss. Season with salt to taste.4.)
