Gujarati Kadi is a delicious dish with thick or thin gravy made from gram flour and yoghurt/buttermilk.

✍ INGREDIENTS:

Yoghurt Beaten - 1 Cup
Water - 3 Cups
Gramflour / Chickpea Flour - 3 tbsp
Ginger, Green Chilly Crushed - 2 tsp
Salt To Taste
Turmeric Powder - 1/8 tsp
Sugar / Jaggery - 1 tbsp or As Per Taste
Some Fresh Coriander

FOR TEMPERING:

Oil / Ghee - 1 tbsp
Whole Dry Red Chillies - 2
Cinnamon Stick - Small Piece
Asafortida - 1/8 tsp
Cloves - 3-4
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves - 10-12
