1 lb. ground turkey
1 head cauliflower, organic
1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
3 carrots, organic, shredded
onion, diced
1 zucchini cut into 1 inch pieces
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 cups organic broccoli, cut into florets
Olive oil
1 tsp. Garlic powder, divided
salt

Sauce:
cup coconut aminos
heaping Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
of the garlic powder

Directions:
Place a large frying pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. Of olive oil. Swirl the pan to coat it with the oil as it heats up.

Add the turkey and break it up with a spatula. Season with salt and of the garlic powder. Cook the turkey until it is no longer pink.

While the turkey is cooking, combine the coconut aminos, ginger, sesame oil and garlic powder in a bowl and whisk to combine.

In the same frying pan add another tablespoon of olive oil to the pan and once the oil is hot, add the onion and saute for 3 minutes stirring frequently.

Then add the cauliflower, broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, salt and garlic powder. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes on low with the lid on.

After 5 minutes add the asparagus, the zucchini and the rest of the sauce. Stir this in and cover for another 5 minutes. Test the veggies with a fork to your desired doneness. Add the turkey back to the pan and stir to combine and heat through.
