Artisan Spaghetti with Tommy Ruff and Black Olives by Adam Swanson at Carnavale 2014 | SanRemoPasta

Adam Swanson cooks an alternative version of seafood marinara, that is perfect to impress dinner guests. The sauce is made from garlic, olives, parsley and white wine and delicious Tommy Ruff fillets. The sauce and par-cooked pasta is then wrapped into individual portions and finished in the oven at 180ᵒC for 5-10 minutes.
