Our tour has been filled with food nerds, people who spend their lives perfecting the food that they create - are you a food nerd? What's our nerdiest food fact??

This was one of our favourites - one of the ultimate meal experiences in Virginia was when we stopped at Patowmack farm. Chef Tarver King is a master (food nerd) and the fact that so much of the great produce is grown on the 40 acre farm is outstanding.
