RecipeINGREDIENTSDry Apricot (Khubani), soaked over and deseeded – 2cupsSugar – ¾ cupCinnamon – 1 inch stck Rose syrup - Cream (Malai) – ¼ cupMETHODS1. Take a non-stick wok, add water and sugar and allow sugar to dissolve.2. Once, sugar dissolves add cinnamon stick and apricots and cook it until 8-10 minutes or until apricots soften.3. Remove from heat, and allow it to cool completely.4. Add rose syrup and mix well.5. Serve it into martini glass and garnish fresh cream/malai and assorted nuts.
