Khubani ka Meetha

Ingredients for Creamy Custard:
NESTL MILKPAK Full Cream Milk 1 litre
Vanilla custard slurry (vanilla custard powder 4 tbsp + water 1 cup)
Sugar 1 cup
NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream 1 pack

Ingredients for Khubani ka Meetha:
Dried apricot (soaked) 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream 1 pack
Pistachios (chopped) as required

Directions for Creamy Custard Preparation:
1. In a bowl heat NESTL MILKPAK Full Cream Milk and bring it to a boil.
2. Add custard slurry and mix and cook until thick in consistency. Now add sugar and cook until sugar melts.
3. Turn off the flame and add NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream. Mix it well and let it cool at room temperature.
Directions for Khubani ka Meetha Preparation:
4. In a blender add soaked apricot and grind them well.
5. Transfer it to a pan and heat it well. Add sugar and cook until sugar melts.
6. Turn off the flame and add NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream and mix it well. Let it cool at room temperature.
7. In a dessert glass add a layer of creamy custard and then khubani ka meetha. Garnish it with pistachios and serve.
8. Your Khubani ka Meetha is ready.
