Apple Juice
Eating Apples to keep the doctor away may be a cliche,but it has its origin in the truth.
Apple provides various nutrients that promotes good health and weight management.Apple is a great source of vitamins, antioxidants and fibres.It prevents heart strokes, improves digestion, helps in weight loss and even fights against cancer.So you must eat an apple a day.
One of the way to apple in your diet is APPLE JUICE

Ingredients:
Apple
Sugar
Black Salt
Lime juice
Water

Method:
1.Peel the apple and cut it into chunks.Ad them in a blender.
2.Add sugar(according to the sweetness of apples and according to your taste)
3.Add black salt(1/2 tsp) ,add Lime juice (half lemon juice) ,add ice cubes and then add water(quantity of water depends on the consistency of juice)
4.Blend all the ingredients and our juice is ready and pour it into a glass and on the top add some small chunks of apple to add colour.
