Take a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, yogurt, and some water and mix it like a thin paste and whisk it thin.2. Once whisked into a desired consistency, Let it rest for an hours time.3. Now take one riped apple and peel off its skin before scooping out the seed core and cut them into thin roundels.4. Once the apple is cut properly sprinkle cinnamon powder on the apple slices and coat it evenly.5. Now Dip the apple pieces in the jalebi batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.6. Drain the apple pieces out of excess oil and soak it in the sugar syrup for 2 to 3 minutes.7. Take them out of the syrup and serve hot garnished with Rose petals and chopped pistachios.
