It's perfect for parties and pairs wonderfully with donuts and pastries too. If you want a kid-friendly version, simply leave out the bourbon. Cheers!Subscribe to Laz's' channel here: http://taste.md/1UH1z0L INGREDIENTS 6 cups apple cider1 orange peel1 lemon peel2 apples, peeled, cored, sliced2 cinnamon sticks1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg3 cloves4 allspice berries¼ cup maple syrup (grade B)1 (1-inch) ginger pieces, peeled1 vanilla bean¾ cup bourbonRECIPE In a stockpot, combine the cider, orange and lemon peels, apples, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, allspice, maple syrup, ginger, and vanilla. Bring contents up to a gentle simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes; do not boil. Remove from heat and strain through a fine mesh strainer. Stir in the bourbon and serve hot.
