Apple and Honey Piroshki

She's making an apple and honey version of Piroshkia Ukranian treat that her babushkah makes! It's the perfect treat for Rosh Hashanah!

2 large or 3 medium apples, thinly sliced or cubed
ground or powdered cinnamon
honey
Gefen Puff Pastry Squares
1 egg, whisked/beaten
powdered sugar or chocolate powder
