Green or Black grapes can be used to make Angur ki Chatni or Grapes Chutney. Grapes are in season now and before it disappears from the market how about making this yummy Grapes Chutney which hardly takes any time to make. Besides grapes, dates and jaggery give this chutney a sweet flavour. A number of spices are also added to this chutney which makes it different. Ingredients:
(in the order of instructions)

2 tsp Mustard Oil
1 tbsp Panchphoran
(Mustard +Cumin+Fennel+Fenugreek+Nigella seeds)
3 dry Red Chillies
2 Green Chillies
1/2 Kg Grapes
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
1/4 cup Tamarind/Imli pulp
1/4 cup Cashew nuts
1/4 cup chopped Dates
1/4 cup Jaggery
