Quials smeared with spices and deep fried

Ingredients:
Oil for deep fry
Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons
Garam masala 1 Teaspoons
Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoons
Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoons
Coriander chopped 1 Bunch
Red chilly paste 1 Tablespoons
All purpose flour 1 Teaspoons
Quail birds 3 Numbers
Lime juice 1/2 Teaspoons

Directions:
Take Quail bird skin less and give them gashes, Take a bowl add red chilly paste, chopped coriander, ginger, garlic paste, turmeric, garam masala powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, salt, squeezing lime juice, , add all purpose flour, mix this, and take quail apply the made masala on the gashes, and leave it in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours. And deep fry them.
