It gets ready quickly so you can make and serve it to your loved ones.ANDHRA MUTTON FRYIngredients750 grams mutton, cut into 2 inch pieces on the bone and boiled with salt and turmeric powder2 medium onions, roughly chopped1 inch ginger, roughly chopped6-8 garlic cloves10-12 black peppercorns1 tsp fennel seeds1 tsp coriander seeds4-5 dried red chillies, stemmed2-3 tbsps oil3-4 green chillies, slit2 sprigs of curry leaves2 tsps red chilli powder¼ tsp turmeric powder½ tsp garam masala powder½ lemon2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leavesMethod1. Transfer onions, ginger, garlic, black peppercorns, fennel seeds, coriander seeds and dried red chillies in a blender jar. Add ¼ cup water and grind to fine paste.2. Heat oil in a kadai. Add green chillies, prepared paste and sauté for 3-4 minutes on medium heat or till oil separates.3. Add curry leaves and mix well. Add the boiled mutton and mix well.4. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder. Squeeze lemon and mix well. Cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.5. Adjust salt and add coriander leaves and mix.6.
