Anda Bhurji | How to make egg bhurji @Cooking with Asifa
Ingredients:

Eggs 5
Cooking oil 4-5 tbsp
Medium size 2 onions (chopped)
Medium size 2 tomatoes (chopped)
Fresh coriander leaves 5 tbsp
Salt (as per taste)
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/3 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/3 tsp
Green chili 4-5 chopped
Ginger and garlic paste 1/3 tsp

Procedure:

Turn on the flame heat the oil and then add cumin seeds,chopped onion,mix it for 3 minutes and then add ginger garlic paste and then add chopped green chili,stir it well and then add chopped tomato,salt,red chili powder, coriander powder,turmeric powder,crushed black pepper cook it for 5 minutes.
Beat 5 eggs in a bowl,add the eggs to the pan and mix it thoroughly until cooked
It's Ready , Serve it with butter bread, or with lachay dar paratha.
