Watch this video to learn how to cook Ambat Batata at home & team is up with some yummy crispy puris!ingredients: 2 medium sized Potatoes (cut into thick wedges)1/2 cup Grated Fresh Coconut1 tsp Chickpea Flour2 tbsp Oil1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds1/2 tsp Hing/Asafoetida1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder11/2 tsp Chilli Powder2tbsp Tamarind Pulp1 tsp Jaggery Salt (to taste)Method: Heat oil in a shallow pan & add fenugreek seeds, hing & turmeric powder Add chopped potato fry over high heat for a 1min then add the chilli powder.Stir in and add 1 cup water; cover and cook till half done.In a mix jar, grind chickpea flour, coconut and tamarind pulp together.Check the potato.
