Aloo Tikki Chaat
Ingredients for Aloo Tikki:
Potatoes (boiled) 5-6
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green coriander (chopped) 1/2 cup
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Aamchoor powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Corn flour 1/4 cup
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Green Chutney:
Green coriander 1 cup
Mint leaves 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Water as required
Green chilies 2-3

Ingredients for Imli Chutney:
Imli pulp 1 cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Mint leaves 6-8

Ingredients for Yogurt Mixture:
Yogurt 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Sugar 1 ½ tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
Aloo Tikki as required
Yogurt mixture as required
Green chutney as required
Imli chutney as required
Tomatoes (small cubes) as required
Onion (small cubes) as required
Chaat masala as required
Sev as required
Green coriander (chopped) as required
Mint leaves (chopped) as required

Directions for Aloo Tikki Preparation:
In a bowl add boiled potatoes, salt, ginger garlic paste, green coriander, cumin powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala, aamchoor powder, turmeric powder, corn flour and mix well.
Now take the potato mixture on the palm of your hands and make a tikki shape.
Heat oil in a pan, fry the prepared aloo tikki on low medium flame on each side until light golden in color. Take off flame and set aside.
Directions for Green Chutney Preparation:
In a blender add green coriander, mint leaves, salt, black pepper powder, vinegar, green chilies and blend well. Set aside.
Directions for Imli Chutney Preparation:
In a blender add imli pulp, sugar, red chili flakes, salt, cumin powder, mint leaves and blend well. Set aside.
Directions for yogurt Mixture Preparation:
In a bowl add yogurt, milk, sugar, salt and whisk well. Your yogurt mixture is ready. set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
Place the prepared aloo tikki on a plate, drizzle yogurt mixture on top. Add green chutney, imli chutney, chopped tomatoes, onion, chaat masala, sev, coriander, mint leaves and serve.

Cooking time: 25-30 mins
