Aloo Paratha & Raw Papaya Paratha
Ingredient Quantity

For Aloo Paratha:

Boiled Potato Grated 1 No.
Onion Chopped ½ No.
Green Chilli Chopped 1 No.
Ginger Chopped 1 tsp
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Ajwain ¼ tsp
Didsari Herbal Salt Turmeric
Without Garlic 1 tsp
Paratha Dough 1 No.

For Raw Papaya Paratha:

Raw Papaya Grated 1 cup
Onion Chopped ½ No.
Green Chilli Chopped 1 No.
Ginger Chopped 1 tsp
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Ajwain ¼ tsp
Didsari Herbal Salt Turmeric
Without Garlic 1½ tsp
Paratha Dough 1 No.

Method:

For Aloo Paratha:

1. In a bowl, add grated potatoes, chopped onion, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger,
chopped coriander, Ajwain, and Didsari Herbal Salt Turmeric Without Garlic, and mix well.
2. Dust some dry flour on chopping board, Take Paratha dough and roll into a chapatti. Place
the potato mixture in the center. Bring all the edges together and seal the Paratha.
3. Dust some dry flour on chopping board and roll it into a thick Paratha.
4. Now heat the Tawa and place the Aloo Paratha on the Tawa and cook the Paratha from both
the side using ghee until golden brown from both the sides.
5. Remove and cut into four pieces and serve hot with yogurt.
(Sprinkle some #Didsari #Herbal #Salt Turmeric without Garlic on top of the yogurt.)

For Raw Papaya:

1. In a bowl, add grated raw papaya, chopped ginger chopped, chopped green chillies, chopped
coriander, chopped onion, Ajwain and Didsari Herbal Salt Turmeric Without Garlic, and mix
well.
2. Take Paratha dough and roll into a chapatti. Place the raw papaya mixture in the center.
Bring all the edges together and make and the seal the Paratha.
3. Dust some dry flour and roll it into a thick Paratha.
4. Now heat the Tawa and place the raw papaya Paratha on the Tawa and cook the Paratha
from both the side using ghee until golden brown from both the sides.
5. Remove and cut into four pieces and serve hot with yogurt.
(Sprinkle some Didsari Herbal Salt Turmeric without Garlic on top of the yogurt.)
