Ingredients for Aloo Palak Pakora:
Spinach 1 cup
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Potatoes (julienne) 1 cup
Gram Flour 1 cup
Green Chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Water as required

Directions for Aloo Palak pakora:
1- In a bowl add spinach, onion, potatoes, gram flour, green chilies, coriander powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, turmeric, salt, and water and mix it well.
2- Deep fry it in preheated oil until gets golden brown.
3- your palak pakora is ready to serve.
