Pair it with rice, naan or tandoori roti( of which you can find the link below) for a gastronomic delight.Tandoori Roti - https://youtu.be/LDt9yyOoSNYTry this delicious recipe and let us know in the comment section below.Ingredients:(Serves 3)- 4 tbsp Emami Healthy & Tasty Refined Rice Bran Oil - 4 Potatoes- 2-3 Bay Leaves- 1 cup Onions (sliced)- Salt- 500 gms Goat Meat- 3 tbsp Curd- 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder- 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder- Water- 2-3 Green Chillies- Coriander LeavesMethod:1. Heat Emami Healthy and Tasty Refined Rice Bran Oil2. Once the oil is heated, fry potatoes on a high flame until it turns golden brown and keep it aside 3. Add bay leaves, sliced onions, salt in the same hot oil and let it turn golden brown3. Now, add goat meat in the pan and let it cook on a high flame4. Take a bowl and add curd, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli masala, turmeric powder, coriander seeds powder, salt5. Mix all the masala's until it forms a good liquid paste 6. Add little water to the paste and mix it again7. Now pour this liquid masala mix into the pan8. Cook it on a high flame till the oil starts releasing the sides of the pan 9. Once the oil starts releasing the sides of the pan, add water along with the fried potatoes10. Cook it on a high flame for the next 5 minutes and turn the flame to medium, and again let it cook for the next 30 minutes 11. Now, after the meat is cooked, add green chillies, coriander leaves12.
