Aloo Gobi Matar Paratha
Ingredients:
Potatoes (Mashed) - ½ cup
Gobi - ½ cup
Green Peas - ½ cup
Onion - ¼ cup
Green chillies - 3
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander - 1 bunch
Oil - As required
Salt - To Taste
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Maida - ½ cup
Method:
Take a pan add some oil,onions,grated cauliflower,turmeric,green chillies,coriander leaves,green peas,some salt. Now add cumin powder,mashed potatoes cook it for sometime and switch off the flame.
Take a bowl add wheat flour,maida,some salt and add water. Knead it well and rest it for few minutes. Stuff the dough with gobi masala and cook it on both sides till golden brown colour using butter and serve hot.

Tomato Basil Chutney:
Ingredients:
Tomato(Blanched & Deseeded) - 1 cup
Butter - 1 tb spn
Garlic - 1 tb spn
Fennel - 1 tsp
Basil - ½ cup
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tb spn
Onion seeds - 1 tsp
Method:
Take a pan add some oil,fennel seeds,garlic saute it for a minute. Now add basil and tomato,kashmiri chilli powder,add some water and adjust salt. Cook it for some more time add cheese and switch off the flame. Chutney is ready to serve
