Aloo Gobhi Methi ki Subzi | Lunch Box Recipe | Dinner Recipe by Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi | chefharpalsingh

Aloo Gobhi Methi
oil 2 tbsp
cumin 1 tsp
potato diced 1 large
cauliflower cut into florets 1
fenugreek leaves 2 cups
tomatoes roughly chopped 3
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
salt to taste
red chilli powder 1 ½ tsp
coriander powder 1 ½ Tbsp
turmeric powder ½ tsp
garam masala powder 1 tsp
water 1 ½ Cup
coriander chopped 2 tbsp
ginger juliennes ½ inch

method
heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, onion chopped, and sauté for 3-4 mins till onion browns.
meanwhile puree the tomatoes in a blender and keep aside.
add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2 mins.
add the tomato puree and sauté for 3-4 mins.
Add salt , red chilli powder, gram masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, mix well and sauté for 2 mins.
add potatoes, cauliflower and mix well and sauté for 1 mins.
add water and mix well.
