ALOO CHANA KHEEMA WITH MALABAR PARATHAINGREDIENTS:All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 cupSalt - As Per TasteWater - As RequiredOil - As Required Poppy seeds - 3 tspFennel seeds - 1 tspCoconut - 10 piecesCardamom - 2 nosCinnamon stick - 3nosGloves - 3 nosOnion - 1 noMutton (Kheema) - 300gmsTurmeric powder - 1 tspGinger garlic paste - 1 tspTomatoes - 2 nosGreen chillies - 3 nosGaram masala powder - 1 tspRed chilli powder - 1 tspCoriander powder - 1 tspPotato - 1 noChana dal (Boiled) - 1 cupCoriander Leaves - 1 bunchDIRECTIONS:Take all purpose flour in a bowl add salt, water, oil mix it well and make it soft dough.Apply oil on top of it and rest for some minutes, Afterwards knead it like shown in the video rest it for 15 minutes.Take a blender add poppy seeds, fennel seeds, coconut pieces and grind it into a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, add whole garam masalas like cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, onions, and saute it for a minute.Now, add mutton kheema, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste cook it until the raw flavor is gone. Then add tomatoes, green chillies, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder saute it nicely, and add poppy seeds coconut paste to it and let it cook until the oil oozes out of the gravy.Now add potatoes and chana dal, salt and cook with closed lid.At last, add coriander leaves cook it for some more time.Heat the oil in a pan,Now fry the parathas both sides until it turns golden in colour. Now layered and crunchy Malabar Paratha is ready to serve with Aloo Chana Keema curry.
