Try this version instead, easy, yummy and quick!AJWAINI BHINDIIngredients ½ tsp carom seeds (ajwain)250 grams ladyfingers (bhindi), diagonally and thinly slicedA pinch asafoetida2 tbsps oil ¼ tsp turmeric powderSalt to taste1 tsp red chilli powder½ tsp garam masala powder½ tsp dried mango powder1½ -2 tbsps gram flourMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add carom seeds, asafoetida and turmeric powder and sauté for 30 seconds.2. Add ladyfingers and salt and toss well. Add chilli powder and garam masala powder, toss and cook for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add dried mango powder and gram flour, toss and cook till ladyfingers are done and slightly crisp.4.
