8-10oz diced ahi tuna
3-4 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp cayenne paprika
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp lime zest
1 tbsp soy sauce

Green Vegetable Relish:
2 tbsp minced red onion
3 tbsp minced celery
3 tbsp minced cucumber
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
3-4 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
pinch of salt
