African Egg Roll - African Scotch Egg - Precious Kitchen - Episode 32

This African egg roll is made by wrapping hardboiled eggs in dough then deep frying. Some people actually call it "scotch egg" but according to my food and nutrition teacher, it is egg roll. It is different from the Chinese egg roll.
This African egg roll/scotch egg is popular in Cameroon and Nigeria. It makes a great snack, party food or picnic food. As you can see in the video, it is ridiculously easy to make. Hope you enjoy watching!
