Give the potatoes a fries cut, fry them and set aside. Cut the vegetables and keep it aside. Directions for sauce: Take tomatoes, put it on stove until it skin changes color. Then remove the skin. In a blender add tomatoes, coriander, chilies, lemon juice, garlic, salt and blend it. Your chutney is ready. Set aside. Assembling: Take tortilla, place sausages, fries, drizzle sauce, put vegetable, boiled egg slices and sprinkle chaat masala.Wrap it and your afghani burger is ready. Serve and enjoy.
