Ingredients:
3-4 Tortilla
3-4 Sausages
Cabbage shredded (as required)
Onion slices (as required)
3-4 Potatoes
2-3 Eggs (boiled)
Chaat masala (as required)
Ingredients for sauce:
1 cup Coriander fresh
3 Green chilies
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2-3 Garlic cloves
3 Tomatoes
Salt to taste

Directions for Afghani Burger:
Take sausages give it a slight cut and fry them for 2-3 minutes until light golden in color.
Give the potatoes a fries cut, fry them and set aside.
Cut the vegetables and keep it aside.
Directions for sauce:
Take tomatoes, put it on stove until it skin changes color. Then remove the skin.
In a blender add tomatoes, coriander, chilies, lemon juice, garlic, salt and blend it.
Your chutney is ready. Set aside.
Assembling:
Take tortilla, place sausages, fries, drizzle sauce, put vegetable, boiled egg slices and sprinkle chaat masala.
Wrap it and your afghani burger is ready. Serve and enjoy.

Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
Cooking time: 30-35 minutes
