Soak dals with methi for half hour.2.Combine the soaked rice, dals, red chillies,some curry leaves, hing and coconut in a mixer and grind to an coarse batter. 3.Transfer to a bowl and add remaining curry leaves, salt. 4.Mix well and check for salt.5.Drizzle oil in a dosa tawa and pour a ladle of batter. Spread to shape like thick dosa.6.Cook on both sides using little oil till golden brown.7.Serve hot with coconut chutney and Sambhar.
