Achari Shimla Mirch (Capsicum)

Ingredients:
3 big Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
¼ tsp Methi Dana (Fenugreek Seeds)
¼ tsp Saunf (fennel Seeds)
1 tsp Mustard Seeds (Grinded)
Salt to taste
1 tsp Oil
Pinch of Hing (Asafetida)
Pinch of Turmeric Powder
How to Make:
1) Cut Capsicum into long Pieces.
2) Heat oil in a Pan.
3) Add Methi Dana, Saunf, Hing and sauté till it becomes light brown.
4) Add Capsicum, Salt and cook till the Capsicum becomes soft.
5) Add pinch of turmeric powder, Mustard powder and cook for 2 mins.
6) Serve hot with paratha or Roti.
