Stir to sauté the spices until fragrant.4.Now to it rest of the following spices as well and stir well – okra, fennel powder, mango powder, salt, red chilly powder and garam masala. The okra chunks should be coated well with the spices.5.Cover the pan and let the okra simmer on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes until they get tender. Check at regular intervals.
