As work out and food are basic necessities for a healthy transformation.Grilled Cottage Cheese with Mango & Chili SalsaIngredients:2 Paneer slices1 Tomato, chopped 1 ½ cups Mango, peeled and diced½ cup Onion, diced3 Garlic clove, minced3-4 bird’s eye chili, sliced½ cup Coriander, chopped2 tbsp Parsley, chopped2 tbsp Lime juice1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar1 tsp Sugar3 tbsp Olive oilSalt & Pepper to tasteMethod:Mango & Chili Salsa:Combine tomatoes, mango, onion, coriander, lime juice, vinegar, sugar, and chilli. Add garlic, olive oil and season with salt and pepper.Grilled Cottage Cheese:Rub Paneer with olive oil, parsley, garlic; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the paneer on grill pan; add olive oil and grill 3 minutes on each side or until grill marks.
