Experience the tangy and spicy flavors of Kolkata style pani puri in this mouth-watering video. In this recipe I'm going to make road stlye pani puri with wheat flour.

Ingredients:
To make the Dough:
2cups Wheat flour
cup semolina
250 ml water

To Make Puchka/ Pani Puri Masala:
Tsp Fenugreek Seeds
1 Tsp Carom Seeds
2 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
4-5 Dry Red Chilies
3-4 Cloves
2 Bay Leaf
1 Tsp Black Pepper

To Make coriander Mint paste:
Cup Mint Leaves
Cup Coriander Leaves
2-3 Green Chilies
Little Bit of Water
To Make Aloo Mixture:
5-6 Mashed Potatoes
2-3 Tbsp-boiled Kala Chana
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
Tsp Black Salt
Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Green Chili Paste
1 Tsp Puchka/ Pani Puri Masala
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Coriander mint paste
2-3 Tsp tamarind Pulp
1-2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
To Make Puchka Pani:
100 grams Tamarind
Cup coriander mint water/paste
2 Tsp Cumin Powder
Tsp Black Salt
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Tsp Red Chili Powder
1 Tsp Chat Masala
1 Tsp Puchka/Pani puri Masala
Some Chopped Coriander Leaves
Water as required

To Make Churmur :
4-5 Pani Puri Papdi
2-3 mid-sized boiled potatoes
2 tbsp boiled kala Chana
2 tsp tamarind pulp
tsp lemon juice
tsp black salt
tsp salt
tsp cumin powder
tsp pani puri masala
2 tsp coriander leaves
panipuri water
