Aaron's China Guide E52 - Dim sum rice noodle rolls - 肠粉 | Aaron Sawich

One of my favorite breakfasts in China, Dim sum rice noodle rolls are a dim sum staple. They are made from rice flour, and then water is added and they are steamed to make this food. You can have different meats like shrimp, beef, or pork. If you come to Guangdong or Hong Kong, be sure to try this. This is a must-try if you are in a dim sum restaurant. Rice noodle rolls are called chang fen 肠粉 in Mandarin, and chung fun in Cantonese. I hope you enjoy the food video from Aaron's China Guide. This video is from November 2017, and I had to re-record the audio because my microphone picked up some music that was copyrighted.
