Aaron's China Guide is back with another Sichuan food video. This dish is called bo bo ji 钵钵鸡, which means Sichuan bowl chicken. It comes on skewers like chuan chuan, but this is a cold dish. The spicy broth has a bit of a peanut flavor to it. You can also get other meats and veggies on sticks as well. A great snack food.
