This week's video is short but the food is highly recommended. I went to SM mall in the north-east corner of Chongqing to find more tasty food. Kou shui ji 口水鸡 or saliva chicken is another delicious spicy food that belongs to the Sichuan cuisine family. It's chicken that's sour, spicy, and packed with flavor. This is very true because the sour vinegar and extreme spice will make your mouth water and wanting more. Be sure to try it if you are a foodie and come to China.
