Happy Chinese New Year from Aaron's China Guide! This week, I will show you one of my favorite meals here, Chinese dumplings. I go to a jiao zi guan 饺子馆 or dumpling restaurant in the Shapingba district of Chongqing. Jiao zi 饺子 or dumplings are very delicious and have a variety of fillings. The dumplings in the video are pork (zhu rou 猪肉） and Chinese chives (jiu cai 韭菜).
