Aaron's China Guide brings you another food from Shanxi China. Yang rou pao mo 羊肉泡馍 means mutton soup and bread in Mandarin. It's lamb meat cooked with pieces of bread floating in a delicious soup. Yang rou 羊肉 means lamb meat, pao 泡 means floating, and mo 馍 means bread. The added bread pieces make the soup very filling and very delicious. If you visit Xian, you must try this.
