Aaron's China Guide E05 - 串串香 - Chuan chuan hot pot | Aaron Sawich

The first episode of Aaron's China Guide done with a guest. I brought my friend go to Li ji chuan chuan in Chongqing to show you how to order a Sichuan food called Chuan chuan hot pot 串串香. Skewers of meat and veggies served in a spicy soup. This is similar to Chongqing hot pot, but the food is on skewers instead of just being dropped directly into the hot pot. Spicy food eating is one of my favorite things to do at any time of the year. Great stuff.
