Aaron's China Guide E04 - Shredded pork in garlic sauce - 鱼香肉丝 | Aaron Sawich

This time I show you how to order Chinese food. Yu xiang rou si 鱼香肉丝 which means shredded pork in garlic sauce is Sichuan food and is one of my favorite lunchtime meals here in China. Sweet, sour and spicy flavored garlic sauce mixed with shredded pork. A must-try. The word yu 鱼 in Mandarin means fish, xiang 香 means something that smells strong, rou 肉 means meat and si 丝 means strips referring to the shredded pork. I hope you enjoy my Chinese food eating video.
