For 1 week, Aaron's China Guide becomes Aaron's Canada Guide. Please watch my Canadian food video. After, I go to Smokes Poutinerie in downtown Winnipeg for some delicious poutine. Canadian poutine is melted cheese curds and gravy on french fries.
