Peel and cut the raw mangoes as required. 2. Add the sliced mangoes and water in a pot and boil for 10-15 minutes or until the mangoes are soft. (must cut with the knife easily)3. Now drain the water in a pot and keep the boiled slices aside. 4. Now, transfer the boiled slices in another pot. Add sugar, cover with lid for 30 minutes to 1 hour or until the sugar releases its water. 5. Now, place this pot over flame and let cook until sugar dissolves. 6. Add water, salt, turmeric powder, red chilies, cinnamon stick, green cardamom, nigella seeds and let cook over medium flame until 1 string sugar syrup has obtained. 7. Now Let it cool to room temperature completely. 8. Once the murabba has cooled down completely transfer it to any air tight jar and keep in the refrigerator for upto 1 month to 6 months.
