Recipe 1: Onion Samosa
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Oil
1 cup Onion, finely sliced
1/4 cup Carrot, thin sliced
Salt, to taste
1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1/4 teaspoon Pepper Powder
1/4 teaspoon Chaat Masala
2 tablespoon Plain Flour
3 tablespoon Water

Recipe 2: Mirchi Bajji
Ingredients
1 cup Gram Flour (Besan)
1/4 cup Rice Flour
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
Asafoetida, a pinch
Salt, to taste
Water
Baking Soda, a pinch
Bajji Mirchi, slit & deseed
Oil

Recipe 3: Potato Wedges
Ingredients
Potato
Water
2 tablespoon Oil
1/4 cup Corn Flour
1/2 teaspoon Pepper, crushed
1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1/2 teaspoon Mixed Herbs
Salt, to taste
Paprika Powder

Recipe 4: Onion Pakodas
Ingredients
1 cup Gram Flour
1/2 cup Rice Flour
1 cup Onion, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
3 Green Chillies, finely chopped
3 tablespoon Ginger, finely chopped
2 tablespoon Cashew Nuts, finely chopped
Curry Leaves
1/2 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
Salt, to taste
5 tablespoon Oil, hot
1 tablespoon Water

Recipe 5: Masala Vada

1 cup Chana Dal
6-7 Garlic Pods
1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds

1 cup Urad Dal
2 cups Water

1 teaspoon Curry Leaves, chopped
1 inch Ginger, grated
