Now lets learn how to make Ghee Rice an aromatic and delicious rice recipe from "Aasheen's Kitchen"Ingredients: - Seeraga Samba rice - 4 cup Serves 6 to 8 people - Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp - Sliced onions- 1 - Bay leaves- 2 - Cloves- 3 - Cinnamon stick- 2 inch - Cardamom - 1 - Ghee- 3 tsp - Oil- 5 tsp - Curry leaves, Mint and Coriander leaves - Salt to taste - Water- 8 cups Method of preparation: 1. Wash rice and soak for 10 to 15 mins. 2. Add oil and ghee to the cooker then saute spices , onion , pandan leaves , bay leaf, mint and coriander. Then add ginger garlic paste stir it well and add the beaten curd.3. Add measured water and get the water to a boil. 4. Then Add salt and soaked rice stir it, close it with lid n keep in medium to high flame for 2 whistle4. Once the pressure released , fluff the rice gently without breaking rice grains.5.
