2/3 Cup (80 g) Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
3/4 Cup (180 g) Sugar
1/2 Cup + 1 Tbsp (130 g) Oil or Melted Butter
1-3/4 + 2 Tbsp (550 g) Hot Water

For Frosting:
200 gms Powdered Sugar
40 gms Cocoa Powder
75 gms Butter
50 gms Boiling Water
30 gms Melted Chocolate
1/4 Tsp Salt
