Ingredients
1-1/2 cups All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/2 cup Atta (Wheat Flour)
Salt, to taste
2 tablespoon Oil
Water, as required
Ghee
Mozzarella Cheese

Recipe 3: Gobi Paratha
Ingredients
2 cups Wheat Flour
Salt, to taste
Water, as required
3 teaspoon Oil
2 teaspoon Ginger, grated
2 cups Cauliflower (Gobi)
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
1/2 teaspoon Amchur Powder (Dry Mango)
Salt, to taste
Coriander Leaves
Ghee

Recipe 4: Aloo Paratha
Ingredients
2 cups Wheat Flour
Salt, to taste
Water
1 cup Potato, boiled & mashed
2 Green Chillies, chopped
Coriander Leaves
Pink Salt, to taste
1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder, roased
1/2 teaspoon Ajwain, crushed
1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/4 teaspoon Pepper Powder
Cucumber
Yogurt

Recipe 5: Mughlai Paratha
Ingredients
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
Salt, to taste
Water, as required
1 teaspoon Oil
1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
Salt, to taste
1 Green Chilli, chopped
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 cup Capsicum, finely chopped
1/4 cup Carrot, grated
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
1/2 teaspoon Aamchur Powder
1 cup Paneer (Cottage Cheese), grated
Desi Ghee
