Recipe 1: Palak Paneer
Ingredients
Palak (Spinach)
4 teaspoon Oil
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
3 Green Chillies
10 pods Garlic
1 Onion
Salt, to taste
1 Tomato
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 tablespoon Cream
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
Paneer cubes

Recipe 2: Chilli Paneer
Ingredients
200 grams Paneer
3/4 teaspoon Pepper Powder
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
Maida
1 tablespoon Corn Flour
Oil
2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic, finely chopped
2 medium Onion
2 Green Chillies
1 medium Capsicum
Salt, to taste
3/4 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1-1/2 teaspoon Chilli Sauce
1-1/2 teaspoon Tomato Sauce
1-1/2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Vinegar

Recipe 3: Paneer Butter Masala
Ingredients
1 teaspoon Oil
2 Red Chillies
2 Black Cardamom
4 Green Cardamom
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 Bay Leaves
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
200 grams Butter
3 Onion, finely chopped
6 Tomato, puree
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi
100 ml Water
Coriander Leaves, chopped
200 grams Paneer
3 tablespoon Fresh Cream
3 Green Chillies, slit
Salt, to taste

Recipe 4: Paneer Tikka
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Yogurt
2 teaspoon Gram Flour (Besan)
3/4 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1-1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
Salt, to taste
300 grams Paneer Cubes
4 teaspoon Oil
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi (Dry Fenugreek Leaves)
1/2 teaspoon Ginger Powder
1 bowl (300 grams) Tomato Puree
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Coriander Leaves, chopped
2 tablespoon Butter

Recipe 5: Paneer 65
Ingredients
200 grams Paneer
1/4 cup Corn Flour
1 tablespoon Chilli Powder
1 small Onion
1/2 tablespoon Ginger, finely chopped
1/2 tablespoon Garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 tablespoon Spring Onion
Oil
Salt, to taste
