5 Minutes Easy Bento Recipe! CHA-SHAW BENTO | Easy and Delicious Cha-Shaw Recipe | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

I'm going to be making Cha Shaw bento.

This is one of my meal prep for a week; when you're preparing, marinate pork and chicken in the delicious marinade, leave it overnight, and then roast it in the oven.

You can marinate it for up to 2 days, And you can store the Cha Shaw for up to five days.

・Marinade
(for 1kg-1.2kg meat
2.5 to 3 pounds)
100g Sugar
1 tablespoon Dark Miso
100ml soy sauce
50ml Sake
1 teaspoon sesame oil

500~600g
Chicken thigh
or
Pork shoulder
