Todays menu is Mozzarella Hotdog, which is the hottest Korean street food at the moment.
In Korea, We call corndogs Hotdogs, not the original sandwich hotdogs.
Usually, they are sausages wrapped in batter, fried, and sprinkled with sugar, ketchup and/or mustard.
In Korea, There are many types of hotdog. When I can, I will make a potato hotdog.

1 package Hotteok mix (preferably with glutinous rice flour), 180ml lukewarm water
4g instant yeast, bread crumbs, 6 cubed mozzarella, 6 vienna sausage, oil for fry
topping: sugar, ketchup, mustard, etc.

1. In a bowl, mix the hotteok mix, water and yeast and knead until a ball forms.

2. Put a skewer or wooden chopstick through the sausage and mozzarella.
